Are your courses self-paced or instructor-led?
Our courses are fully on-demand and self-paced, allowing you to learn at your own convenience. You can start, pause, and resume content anytime during your active subscription—perfect for fitting learning into your schedule, whether you're studying in short sessions or completing full modules in one sitting.
There are no live or instructor-led sessions, giving you the flexibility to progress through the material at a pace that works best for you.
How many users can be included in a Veeam University Pro subscription?
Each Veeam University Pro subscription allows access for up to four (4) users in total. This includes:
- The original purchaser
Up to three (3) additional team members
To add users, simply provide their full names and email addresses once your registration is complete, and our team will take care of the rest.
How do I add team members to my Veeam University Pro subscription?
Once your registration is complete, adding your team is easy!
We'll handle the rest and get your team up and learning in no time!
NOTE: It may take up to 72 hours for team members to appear under the subscription.

Can we assign training bundle seats to employees from different subsidiaries, with different email domains, if all subsidiaries belong to the same parent company?
Yes, bundle seats may be assigned to team members from different subsidiaries, even if they use different email domains, provided all subsidiaries fall under the same parent company. In such cases, confirmation from the Partner Manager is required to ensure all assigned users belong to the same company group.
How do I access my courses after subscribing?
After subscribing, follow these steps to access your courses:
- Visit veeamuniversity-pro.com
- Click “Sign In” in the upper-right corner.
- Once logged in, you will be taken directly to your dashboard.
- From your dashboard, click "Go to My Profile" to see any available courses.
If you experience any issues signing in or locating your courses, please submit a support ticket and our team will be happy to assist you.
Do you offer mentorship or coaching options?
No mentorship or coaching options are included with the subscription. The program is designed for self-guided learning through on-demand training materials. Any personalized coaching or mentorship would need to be arranged separately outside Veeam University.
How can I check my course progress?
To review your progress:
- Go to your dashboard.
- Click “Go to My Profile”
Under "Courses" you will see your current progress for each enrolled course.
